UK Delivery We deliver across mainland UK via DHL on a next-day tracked service. Orders are dispatched from our London studio within 1-2 business days of confirmation unless otherwise agreed. DHL will notify recipients by text and/or email with tracking information ahead of delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We cannot dispatch on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

International Delivery We deliver worldwide to any country serviced by DHL. International shipping costs and lead times are confirmed at proposal stage as they vary by destination, volume and service level.

For international corporate orders we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning recipients receive their gifts without unexpected customs charges on arrival. 

We do not list specific countries as serviceable destinations change in line with DHL's network and international shipping regulations. If you have a specific destination in mind, include it in your brief and we'll confirm availability and lead time.

Multi-Address Fulfilment We manage multi-address dispatch across UK, EU and internationally as standard for corporate programmes. Full tracking from label generation to delivery.
