Ordering & Delivery

Is delivery included?

If you choose to send your gifts via express delivery, shipping is included in the price. Orders received by 1200 on next day delivery have an additional charge of £4.99 and can arrive as late as 9 pm.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders sent via free express delivery usually take two to three business days to arrive. Orders sent via
next day delivery (and received by 1200) will be despatched that day and usually arrive within 24 hours. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from three to fourteen days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. Please choose next day gift delivery at checkout. We send these gifts by DHL overnight meaning orders received by 1200 will be sent out that day for next day delivery. Orders received after 1200 are usually sent the next day but if it's a gifting emergency (and yes, they do exist!) please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

Can I send to different locations in one order?

Yes, simply choose 'ship to multiple addresses' on the shipping page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Please get in touch to discuss delivery outside of the UK. International shipments will be sent via DHL or Royal Mail. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss pricing.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your box, for which we cannot accept liability.

Local taxes and duties vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charge may be. For more accurate information, get in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

Can my gifts arrive on a Saturday?

Yes. While we do not offer free or next day delivery for items to arrive on Saturdays, DHL can deliver on Saturday with a higher courier fee. If you need your gift to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us before you place your order and we’ll do what we can to help.

I made a mistake on the shipping address/want to change the destination. Can I?

If you accidentally make an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away and we will try to make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the address or track the item. We cannot accept responsibility for any undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.

Customisation & Personalisation

Can you add my company branding to your gifts?

Absolutely! We can take care of your branded packaging, products and merchandise. You name it, we’ll source it!

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. Every order includes a handwritten card. Write your message at checkout and we’ll include it.

Can I customise what’s inside the box?

Yes - please contact us to discuss creating something bespoke.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We help companies send high-quality, personalised gift boxes to clients, customers, staff and partners. We handle everything from curation to delivery.

What’s the minimum order for branded gifts?

For branded or fully custom boxes, we recommend a minimum of 12. There’s no minimum for standard gift boxes.

Can you help me choose what to send?

Absolutely. We’ll create a few tailored suggestions based on your budget and who the gifts are for.

Do you offer invoice or purchase order payment?

Yes. We offer invoicing for business accounts or larger corporate orders. Just email us to set this up.

What if we don’t have our recipients’ addresses?

That's not a problem as we can create a custom portal where your recipients can input their address.
