is delivery included?

If you choose to send your gifts via express delivery, shipping is included in the price. Orders received by 1200 on next day delivery have an additional charge of £4.99 and can arrive as late as 9 pm.

how long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders sent via free express delivery usually take two to three business days to arrive. Orders sent via next day delivery (and received by 1200) will be despatched that day and usually arrive within 24 hours.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from three to fourteen days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. Please choose next day gift delivery at checkout. We send these gifts by DHL overnight meaning orders received by 1200 will be sent out that day for next day delivery. Orders received after 1200 are usually sent the next day but if it's a gifting emergency (and yes, they do exist!) please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

can i ship to different locations in one order?

Yes, simply choose 'ship to multiple addresses' on the shipping page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Please get in touch to discuss delivery outside of the UK. International shipments will be sent via DHL, Royal Mail or UPS. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss pricing.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your box, for which we cannot accept liability.

Local taxes and duties vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charge may be. For more accurate information, get in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

do you offer same day delivery?

In select cases we can send gifts by same-day courier. Please contact us for a quote.

can i order in advance?

Yes! At checkout, please leave a note with your desired delivery date. 

Does the recipient need to sign for their gift?

For safety, security and tracking, all our gifts are sent ‘signature
upon delivery’. If you are happy for your gift to be sent without the need for a signature or for it to be left with a neighbour if the recipient is not at
the address, please leave a note advising us of your wishes at checkout.

what couriers do you use?

For UK addresses, we use DHL Parcel UK. For international deliveries, we use DHL Express and UPS.

can my gifts arrive on a saturday?

Yes. While we do not offer free or next day delivery for items to arrive on Saturdays, DHL can deliver on Saturday with a higher courier fee. If you need your gift to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us before you place your order and we’ll do what we can to help.

I ordered a box and it has been delayed a day or two. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, if a delay happened on the courier's part, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs at this time. If it was a delay or five business days or more (UK only), please email us.

My box says it was delivered but my recipient never got it.

Ask them take a good look in and around their front garden, the lobby in the block of flats, behind the recycling bins - there's a good chance it's hiding somewhere (trust us, it happens all the time). If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, we will do everything we can to locate it by calling the courier to give you all the information you need.

I made a mistake on the shipping address/want to change the destination. Can I?

If you accidentally make an error in the shipping address, please get in touch with us straight away and we will try to make changes before the gift has been dispatched. After dispatch, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the address or track the item. We cannot accept responsibility for any undelivered or lost item caused by an error in the shipping address.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes. You can buy gift cards here. Select the amount you would like to give and add to your cart. The gift card will be emailed directly to you (the buyer) to forward to the recipient. Please note that gift cards last two years from date of purchase.

My box is a gift. Will there be a receipt or any price tags?

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. In terms of prices, we don't alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels - we want to keep the packaging in pristine condition - but other than books, none of our products have price tags in the first place.

What's your return policy?

Gift cards are non refundable.

In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of any gift within the ‘cooling off period’ of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

All returns will be subjected to a £5 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns for part of the gift box, all returns must be made in full. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them in and in their original, unopened packaging.

We do not accept returns of personalised items (ie cards with a hand written message).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Whether the gift box has arrived with you or at another person’s address, you must return the full gift box – at your expense – within 14 days.

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item. If you have received the item as a gift, kindly note we can only issue refunds to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery.

We suggest you use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Royal Mail or a Courier company. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return. We cannot be held responsible for not receiving your returned item if it goes missing on its way back to us.

Do the gifts come with a card?

Yes, each gift box comes with the option of adding a handwritten note. You provide the message and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I customise a box?

Absolutely, Use our Build Your Own Gift Box platform to design your own gift box.

Are the same gift boxes always available?

We are constantly coming up with new gift box ideas and we regularly update our product portfolio, so our boxes do change periodically.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Absolutely! We love working with businesses to create gifts for parties, clients, sales initiatives, product launches, events, weddings, holidays and/or corporate outreach. Please contact the corporate team and we'll put together a proposal for you.

We work with a network of gifting companies around the world and liaise with them to send gifts worldwide.

Do you do corporate gift hampers?

Yes. Corporate gift hampers have a minimum order of 15 so please get in touch and we'll send you our line sheet.

Do you do wedding, bridesmaid and event gifts?

Absolutely! We love creating beautiful gifts for (virtual or in-person) weddings, parties and events and will work with your colour scheme or theme. Get in touchand let's get started!
