Refund policy
Bespoke and Branded Orders All corporate gifting orders are produced to your brief and specification. As bespoke orders, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
We will always supply digital proofs for approval before anything goes to print. Once proofs are signed off and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or returns on branded or custom items.
Damaged or Defective Items If any items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement of affected items at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations Cancellations are accepted before production commences. If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us as soon as possible. Any costs already incurred — including materials ordered, design work or production initiated — will be charged.
Address Errors Please ensure all delivery addresses are correct before dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered items resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the client.
