Most gifting companies send you a product catalogue and a price list. We manage the entire project from understanding your brief to tracking the last delivery. Here's what that looks like in practice.
1 - You share your brief
Tell us who you're gifting, how many, when you need delivery, your rough budget and any branding requirements. A few sentences is enough to get started; we'll ask the right questions from there.
2 - We send a tailored proposal within 24 - 48 hours
Not a catalogue. A proposal built around your brief; curated product selection, packaging options, branding choices, cost breakdown and delivery timeline. We'll flag anything that needs discussion before you commit to anything.
3 - You approve, we get to work
Once you're happy with the proposal, we take it from there. Sourcing, supplier coordination, branded print production, assembly and quality checking all managed by us. You don't need to chase anyone or manage multiple suppliers.
4 - We handle packing and dispatch
Every gift is packed and quality-checked before it leaves us. For multi-address sends, we handle recipient data, individual labelling and courier booking. For international campaigns, we prepare customs documentation and manage Delivery Duty Paid shipping so recipients never face unexpected charges.
5 - Delivery tracking and issue resolution
We monitor deliveries and handle exceptions - failed deliveries, address changes, courier queries. If anything goes wrong, we deal with it. You get a confirmation when everything is delivered, not a list of problems to sort out yourself.

Managing a corporate gifting campaign properly takes significant operational work: coordinating suppliers and couriers, handling recipient data, managing branding production timelines, monitoring deliveries across multiple addresses and countries, and resolving exceptions when they arise.
Our proposals include a service fee that reflects this work. It's what lets us offer a managed service rather than just a product catalogue with a courier label on it. The fee varies by campaign; more recipients, more countries and tighter timelines require more operational input.

Common questions
How quickly can you turn a proposal around?
Most proposals come back within 24 - 48 hours. For complex or large campaigns, we'll let you know if we need more time.
What's the minimum order?
From 12 gifts for standard orders. Branding options open from 25 units. For enterprise campaigns we work from 50 upwards.
Can you deliver to individual home addresses?
Yes, we handle all recipient data and individual labelling. We can set up a private portalon our sit or you share a spreadsheet of addresses, we take it from there.
Do recipients pay customs charges?
No. For international sends into the UK and EU we use Delivery Duty Paid shipping so all taxes and duties are settled before delivery.
What if something goes wrong with a delivery?
We monitor all deliveries and handle exceptions directly. Failed deliveries, address corrections, courier queries - we deal with them so you don't have to.
